1. Services & Scope

2. AI Architect & Consultations

Our "AI Architect" chatbot is an automated tool designed to provide preliminary insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only. A full system audit by our human architects is required for implementation-ready specifications.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective automations, we require your cooperation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate data regarding your current workflows and software stack.
• Maintain the necessary permissions for any third-party tools (Zapier, Make, CRM, etc.) you wish us to integrate.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW):

• Our Property: We retain ownership of the proprietary code, logic templates, and automation "blueprints" developed by Empoweryze.
• Your Property: You retain all rights to your business data and proprietary information processed through our automations.

5. AI Providers & Uptime

Our solutions rely on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Empoweryze is not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or downtime caused by these external providers. We build "fail-safes" where possible, but external dependencies are outside our absolute control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Empoweryze is focused on efficiency. However, we are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions that may occur as a result of using automated workflows. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or bot interactions if these terms are violated. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any existing contract obligations.

8. Modifications

Empoweryze is an evolving brand. We may update these terms as new automation technologies emerge. Continued use of the site following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
